Q. Is the information I share with you secure?

1.  All information you share with us is secure.  Your story is yours to tell – not ours unless you give us written direction and permission to do so.
2. We use Zoom to conduct consultations, training, mediation and facilitation activities.  We use the Fathom note-taker app to record conversations where appropriate. This allows us to give the conversation/consultation our complete attention and provides a full and correct account of the dialogue that occurs.  Both the Zoom recordings and the Fathom recordings are always available to you.
3. We are, however, compelled to report any conversations we have in which the party or parties are disclosing an intention to harm themselves or others to the police.

Q.  Are any of your services or products available for delivery in person?

1. Yes, we deliver in-person training, facilitation, and mediation services.  The factors we consider are the product or service requested, as well as the audience’s size and physical location. Please contact us to learn more about our in-person delivery.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

1. All fees and costs are in U.S. dollars for products and for some services.  Our primary payment mechanism is STRIPE.  We use this because it provides our clients with the most flexibility and offers multiple payment options for some of our services or products.

Q. What if I need to cancel participation in a coaching or consultation session?

1. Providing you allow us 48 hours advance notice, you will be reimbursed or your payment can be applied to other services or products. There will be no reimbursement for cancellations occurring under the 48-hour deadline.

Q. Do you offer services or programs in French?  No, not at this time.  However, we will work with you to ensure that French/English language profiles are managed appropriately.
