All course content, videos, worksheets, handouts, and downloads are the intellectual property of NL Peacebuilding Inc. Materials are provided for personal use only. They may not be copied, shared, or redistributed without our written permission.
2. Access to Materials
- Self-contained digital products (e.g., workbooks, self-taught courses): full access is granted at purchase.
- Facilitated or drip-delivered programs (e.g., live courses, workshops): access is provided according to the schedule stated at purchase.
3. Refund Policy
- Self-contained digital products (e.g., workbooks, e-books, self-taught courses):
All sales are final. No refunds are provided once the product has been purchased, as full access is delivered at the time of sale.
- Facilitated programs (e.g., live or drip-delivered courses, workshops, or webinars):
Refund policies for these programs, if offered, will be clearly stated at the time of purchase. Any refund opportunity will depend on program-specific criteria, such as participation requirements and timelines.

  1) These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
  2) Taxes and Sales Jurisdiction
 NL Peacebuilding Inc. collects and remits Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) at the Ontario rate of 13% on all taxable goods and services sold within Canada. Federal tax obligations fall under the jurisdiction of the Government of Canada. International customers are charged tax as required by Canadian or foreign tax treaties.
